Meal Plan Monday

inthekitchen blogI have decided to change the format of my Meal Plan Monday.  It doesn’t work because some days I just don’t fancy what is on the list for that day.

So the meals I have planned this week in no particular order…

Breakfasts:

Banana & Yogurt
Cheerios with Milk
Shreddies with Milk

Lunches:

Ham Salad Wrap
Egg Salad
Egg on Toast

Dinners:

Chicken & Broccoli Bake with a Cheesy Crust
Cottage Pie
Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese
Four Cheese Macaroni
Roast Pork Steaks with Cherry Tomatoes & Potatoes

Each of the breakfasts are less than 4 points each; as are the lunches.  The dinners, however, are all less than 15 points per serving.
